Meet the Candidates
Katherine Papy Naranjo, Katie to her friends and family, brings a fresh perspective to the Clark School Board, rooted in her journey from Miami, Florida, to Brooklyn in 2013, and finally settling in Clark in 2021. She started her career as a paralegal, working with September 11th victims and later at a medical malpractice defense firm. She is currently a stay at home mom to two young girls. Her oldest daughter is just starting in the Clark public school system, and Katie is eager to advocate for all children. She is committed to putting children first in every decision. Her campaign champions open communication with parents, unwavering transparency, and robust strategies for teacher retention. Katherine's vision is clear: to elevate Clark's schools, ensuring our students are prepared for and accepted into top-tier colleges, truly putting Clark on the map.
